Fresh cream contains min. 30% milk fat. It is obtained by skimming pasteurised, non-homogenised milk. Cooled cream whisks easily and forms a dense, homogeneous solid structure. It is suitable for decorating cakes and as a filler for pastries or desserts. Coffee with pasteurized cream from Mlekarna Planika denotes a unique pleasure for lovers of good coffee.

Fresh cream is filled into 500g and 250g PVC bottles.
