Kefir is a traditional drink of peoples famous for their active life force and longevity. Planika’s kefir is a fermented milk product made from pasteurized non-homogenized milk with 1.1% milk fat, produced in the Upper Soča Valley, to which a microbiological culture of mesophilic microorganisms, lactobacilli and yeasts is added. We have further enriched an already natural whole food such as kefir with vitamin D3.
Vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble vitamin with many important roles for the functioning of the body. Among other things, it contributes to maintaining healthy bones, muscle function and the immune system.
By consuming a bottle (500 g) of Planika’s kefir with added vitamin D3, we cover 100% of the daily needs for vitamin D.
