Kefir is still an under-appreciated treasure of nature. It is a traditional drink of peoples who are renowned for their active vitality and long life. Kefir from Mlekarna Planika is made of pasteurized non-homogenized milk with 1.1% milk fat, produced in Upper Soča Valley. The fresh taste is due to the acidification of pasteurized milk with added mesophilic microorganisms, lactobacilli, and yeast.

Kefir is filled into 500g PVC bottles and 150 g pots.
