Sour milk is made of milk produced in the Upper Soča Region. Milk is pasteurized, non-homogenised, and partially skimmed to 1.1% milk fat. It is fermented using mesophilic microorganisms. It is densely liquid, slightly acidic and has an aromatic, unique refreshing taste.

Buttermilk is filled into 500g PVC bottles.
