Cheese Kober, made according to the technology of soft cheeses, is made from pasteurized, non-homogenized, whole milk, has a rich, full flavour. It is light yellow with a soft, elastic texture and a gentle, milky taste. Cross-section has no eyes in or they are small and rare. It ripens for 21 days, under controlled conditions on wooden shelves., where it is daily manually rotated.
A wheel of cheese weighs about 600 g.
