Raw butter is a product made from pasteurized fresh cream according to the traditional method in a butter churn, with the process of churning, rinsing, and kneading. The characteristic of our butter is a specific taste and natural yellow colour, which is the result of quality animal fodder.
It is a 1st quality butter, which means that it contains at least 82% of milk fat no more than 16% water.
Butter is packed as 250 g cubes in foil.
